By using OKAATI services, submitting a form, creating an account, enrolling in a course, uploading files, or accessing a portal, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.
Services
OKAATI provides HR consulting, recruitment support, staffing solutions, professional courses, website development, mobile app development, SEO, SMO, digital marketing, CRM solutions, and automation services. Specific project, course, or subscription terms may be provided separately and will apply along with these Terms.
Accounts And Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information, keep account details updated, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
Role-Based Portals
Student, staff, HR, client, recruiter, and admin portals are permission-based. You may access only the modules and information assigned to your role. Attempting to bypass access controls, view unauthorized records, or disrupt platform security is prohibited.
Courses And Learning Materials
Course content, lessons, videos, documents, assignments, quizzes, certificates, and downloadable resources are provided for authorized learners only. You may not copy, resell, publish, share, or distribute OKAATI learning materials without written permission.
Trainer And Staff Content
Authorized trainers may upload lesson materials, documents, videos, and learning resources. By uploading content, you confirm that you have the right to use it and that it does not infringe third-party rights. OKAATI may keep backups and versions for audit, restore, and quality control purposes.
Career And Candidate Records
When you submit a career application, resume, certificate, or profile information, you authorize OKAATI to store and review your profile for current and future opportunities. Submission does not guarantee employment, interview selection, or client placement.
Client Projects
Project scope, timelines, deliverables, revisions, payments, approvals, intellectual property transfer, and support obligations should be defined in a separate proposal, invoice, statement of work, or written agreement. Website, app, SEO, automation, or consulting outcomes may depend on client inputs, third-party platforms, approvals, and market factors.
Payments, Fees, And Refunds
Fees for courses, subscriptions, consulting, recruitment, development, or digital services must be paid according to the applicable invoice or plan. Payment gateway charges, taxes, and bank fees may apply. Refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling are handled according to the specific service agreement, course policy, or invoice terms.
User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the website, upload harmful files, attempt unauthorized access, scrape protected content, impersonate others, submit false information, infringe intellectual property, harass users, or interfere with platform operations.
Intellectual Property
OKAATI branding, website design, course materials, software, documentation, processes, graphics, and platform content are owned by OKAATI or its licensors unless otherwise stated. Client-owned content remains the client’s property, subject to any project agreement.
Third-Party Services
Our services may integrate hosting providers, analytics, communication tools, payment gateways, video platforms, APIs, and other third-party systems. OKAATI is not responsible for third-party outages, policies, or service changes outside our control.
Disclaimers
Services are provided with reasonable professional care, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific rankings, revenue, hiring outcomes, course results, or error-free operation. Educational and consulting content is provided for business and learning purposes and should be applied with professional judgment.
Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OKAATI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of the services. Any direct liability will be limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Termination
